Founded in unmanned aviation and headquartered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, our practice has expanded with the technologies our clients are building. Today we work across autonomous systems, aerospace and orbital integration, and the regulated industries — healthcare, critical operations, infrastructure — that increasingly depend on them.

Matt is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with over 25 years of experience driving innovation in unmanned aerial systems, telecommunications, and emerging-technology logistics. As Founder and CEO of AeroEnvoy, Matt advises operators, governments, and ventures on the deployment of autonomous and aerospace systems in regulated markets — with a specialism in healthcare and critical operations.
His strategic vision, regional expertise across the Gulf, Southeast Asia, and Australasia, and ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes have positioned him as a trusted partner to governments and industry leaders worldwide. Matt is originally from Zimbabwe, and has lived and worked in 17 countries since leaving Africa.

Elaine Lu is a dynamic cross-sector strategist and executive with over 15 years of global experience in unmanned aviation, autonomous-systems commercialisation, and strategic market entry across regulated industries. Specialising in commercial market activation, government liaison, and ecosystem development, she co-founded AeroEnvoy.
Elaine drives the firm's mission to connect frontier autonomous and aerospace technologies with scalable, real-world deployment, advising public and private sector clients across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Australasia. Her expertise fosters impactful programmes and strategic growth, empowering ventures and operators to navigate complex markets and thrive in the rapidly evolving autonomous-systems economy.
